Anyone besides me want this? If I didn’t have a car with a payment I’d be all over this. A 98 V70 with a laundry list of mods and maintenance done within the last 40k miles. Ad claims 285hp and that’s believable from what I know about these, my brother had a similarly modded 850 Wagon. It was a blast.
here is said list
Interior is in “okay” shape but this is a sub 4,000 dollar car.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
overall this seems to be a nice example of an enthusiast owned and cared for car. Provided it’s a rust free as it looks I’d say its a solid NP at 3800

CP, I don’t trust a high mileage heavily modded car.

Is it just me or are cars like this always a trap? So it’s an enthusiastic owner, who invested tons of time and money into making the car look great, and now they want to sell it?
I always feel like they know something is about to blow, and they want to get rid of it. Maybe I’m just very jaded when it comes to humans.

get out of here with all your logic.

I mean, I bought a used lower mileage car with some mods when I should have bought a truck, so maybe this is just me reflecting on my own poor choices.

no, you’re right .

we all make poor choices. because they a re usually more fun.

I'd agree with that if I knew my car started 100% of the time.

i said usually. the rest of the time you have to get a ride to work.

CP, because MN -- the wiring looms are probably a day away from complete corrosion

uuf thats personal. my Rabbit basically needs to be completely re-wired.

It's personal for me, too! That's what happened to my '96 855T

No, this is exactly the deal. Unless they’re getting divorced , or lost their job or something.

It's basically mine, but a few years newer. Same power, we both have R interior swaps, etc. I'd want to lower that price, but if I could get it lower... Yup. All over it. Insanely comfy, very fast, and while a lot breaks, most of it is easy to fix

Buy this one instead. Colorado car so should be / could be rust free.

It’s very possible that something is about to blow, or it’s possible that they’re just interested in acquiring a different project.
I have that problem, after I get the car working great, I tend to start day dreaming about the next car instead of whatever upgrades I have next on the list.

It is possible. I personally doubt it, but everything is possible.
